His in-depth knowledge of all those involved in the world of commercial property and his expertise mean that he can successfully advise property developers, investors and retail stores on their development strategies.
Christophe Gouny began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle in 1995, where he was mainly responsible for launchingbusiness premises on the rental market in the south-east region of Paris. Then Cushman & Wakefield recruited him in 1999 to create and develop the Retail Park department. He joined Savills in 2003 where he set up the Retail Investment and Commercial Retail Property Services department. This department would become the market leader.
In 2014, Christophe Gouny was the CEO of Gouny Retail, a commercial property consultancy firm, and in 2015 he decided to merge with STARKLEY & WELDORF to create GOUNY & STARKLEY.
A few successes: Christophe advised Corio on the sale of its retail park in Périal, approximately 25,000 m² located in Coignières, and the sale of its shopping centre in Cherbourg, sold to Ciloger for approximately €40 million. The Compagnie de Phalsbourg appointed him to launch the Atoll in Angers, the largest “eco park” in France covering 95,000 m², on the market.
With a Master’s degree in International Business from Sydney and having most recently been a residential property consultant in London, Eva’s professional experience is all centred on the same passion: sales.
Encouraged by a family background in business,each of the projects she works on with vivacity, passion and diligence, demonstrate the appeal commercial property has for her.
Currently working with the whole team, she is in charge of commercial project management and is the intermediary between the various GOUNY & STARKLEY areas of expertise.
Eva will shortly become a consultant and will be responsible for helping clients with their development, rental and/or acquisition strategies.
Self-taught, with insatiable curiosity, Matthieu has always been passionate about business.
A real hands-on kind of man, he has benefited from his varied career and successful experience in residential property.
He joined the GOUNY & STARKLEY team in 2015 as a senior consultant in the commercial retail property services department, where he set the pace for discussion, supporting and advising all the sales operators (retail stores, private and institutional properties, etc.) on a variety of topics (city centre locations, retail, shopping centres, etc.).
Matthieu is in charge of the Sud Avenue commercial retail property project in La Roche-sur-Yon.
A graduate in marketing and management, Jean-Noël has over 10 years’ experience in commercial property. After working in Paris for a leading stakeholder in the market, Jean-Noël joined the STARKLEY & WELDORF consultancy in 2014. Jean-Noël is mainly involved in the Ile-de-France, Normandy and the Centre region.
Jean-Noël is in charge of commercial retail property projects in Orléans Chécy, Barjouville, Evreux and Sainte Geneviève des Bois.
Having obtained his Master’s in law, Charles worked for two business consultancy firms, developing expertise, independence and commercial relations. Believing that his business sense would be of great benefit to departments supporting the business teams, particularly legal departments, he joined a private company specialising in professional and business assets, thereby mastering multiple kinds of property operations (acquisition and sales processes, drawing up/negotiation of leases, financing, insurance, management, etc.).
Supporting the entire GOUNY & STARKLEY team on legal and administrative matters, he helps the firm’s clients from signing the initial authorisation to the closing procedure.
Trained in a business school, Maxime began his career in the luxury goods field, more specifically in the watch and jewellery sector, an environment familiar to him from a very young age. Maxime also worked on the development of a retail store before joining the STARKLEY & WELDORF consultancy in 2014.
This entrepreneur, business enthusiast and specialist in selective distribution is a senior consultant in the investment and commercial retail property services department.
